Developmental Services Ontario-South West Region (DSO-SWR), is the single point of access to adult developmental services that are funded by the The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services in the south west region (Ontario). Once eligibility for service has been confirmed by the DSO agency, a trained, certified Assessor from the DSO completes the Application for Developmental Services and Supports (ADSS) and administer the Support Intensity Scale (SIS), with the applicant and a small number of people (often family members and others who know the applicant well).
