Big Brothers & Big Sisters Mentoring
Matches bigs and littles in the community.
In-School Mentoring
Program provides youth with a role model and a friend to talk to * mentors will spend one hour a week with the child at school * program is coordinated in partnership with local school boards.
Literacy Mentoring
Provides children and youth in grades 2-8 with a mentor to assist students with their academic skills and self-esteem. * meet during the school year at their local library branch.
PRISM (Pride • Respect • Identify • Safety • Mentoring) Program
Connects LGBTQ2IA children and youth with LGBTQ2IA adults.
GO GIRLS! HEALTHY BODIES, HEALTHY MINDS!
Group mentoring program for girls 11-14 that focuses on physical activity, balanced eating and self-esteem. * held over a 7-10 week period, within school facilities.
GAME ON! EAT SMART, PLAY SMART!
Group mentoring program for boys 11 year(s)-14 year(s) that provides information and support to make informed choices about health lifestyle practices * held over a 7-10 week period, within school facilities
SOAR (SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES ACTIVITIES RELATIONSHIPS)
8-12 week group program for children who are waiting for their Bigs * volunteers get matched with 2-3 children and take them to pre-planned activities * specific groups for 12 and under and 13 and older.
