 I hold certifications in many different health and fitness disciplines. I am deeply committed to help those around me achieve health and vitality. I believe in your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Your body needs the primary blocks (from exercise and diet) with which to build your health: all you have to do is give your body what it needs. Remember that diet and exercise go hand-in-hand when you are on your journey of healthful living.
