Community based service * agency operated in cooperation with local addiction and health care agencies, through the Southwest Local Health Integration Network * there are eight programs that are operated by ADSTV
Programs and Services:
Substance Abuse - program is designed to assess the nature and severity of a persons substance use * identifying which behaviors and activities relate to use of substances, a treatment plan can be initiated
Problem Gambling: - provides assessment and counseling for persons concerned about their own gambling or someone else's gambling * both prevention and public education are offered;
Problem Gambling: Youth Services - programs are also available for youth * we define youth as being under age 19 at the time of initial contact with ADSTV;
Problem Gambling: Adults 55 - program has specialized funding and services for older adults. Individual counselling, group support and recreational activities are available as well as presentations specific to older adults
Back On Track - offers education and or treatment to convicted impaired drivers
Heartspace - accepts women who are involved with substance use and who are pregnant and/or parenting children 0-6 years of age
Fresh Start - program accepts referrals directly from Ontario Works / City of London * referrals must be employment ready and be in the contemplation stage of change at a minimum

Eligibility: Some programs have eligibility criteria but there are not restrictions related to age or gender * youth, adults and seniors are welcome
