As a local environmental agency, the Authority has more than sixty years of experience in watershed management * The LPRCA does more than operate conservation areas! * We take our priorities from the needs of the watershed environment and residents with services ranging from flood forecasting and warning to erosion control and water quality monitoring; from tree planting and forest management to land use planning and habitat restoration; as well as providing outdoor education and recreation facilities at conservation areas * Together with our community partners, municipalities, the business community, schools, non-profit organizations and residents, LPRCA will continue to contribute to a balance healthy environment in the Long Point Region watershed;
