This support group will provide skills and strategies for people to use in their everyday life all skills are DBT based. It will provide a safe place to express thoughts, fears and struggles and will also allow them to support others with similar experiences. What can you expect?
The goals of this group will be to share experiences, build support networks, receive ongoing support, Build resiliency and learn how to cope. Individuals will gain confidence in attending a group setting, sharing and building trust with others.

Application: This will be an open group, no registration is required.
Eligibility: This will be a co-ed group with a maximum of 12 people per session. Any person that lives in or receives health care services in Oxford County.
Over the age of 16.
