Are you grieving and looking for a place that will help with healing your heart and your body? Are you experiencing that ‚??stuck‚?? feeling? Grieving physically hurts. Our goal is to help you better understand your feelings and how to help your body respond to them in a healthy, healing way. Heartbreak cannot be processed in your mind alone, it needs to be processed physically as well.
May we suggest our 8 week Grief Yoga program. Our first 45 minutes together we will concentrate on discussing feelings and emotions that arise from grief. The remaining portion, Monique will help you focus on gently opening the body to release stored emotions within the tissue.
